Grade

There´s still no official Mexican classification for the quality of beef. There can only be an equivalence based on the American classification issued by the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture). According to marbling, the product we offer is the USD Select type.

Permissions

Our suppliers have quality certifications, sanitary authorizations and national and international permits for beef export and free sale to China. At the moment we can only sell Boneless Meat beef, bone and offal are not authorized yet.
